Silent Hill is one devoted horror series, which appeared about ten years on the PSOne, and now promises to scare the finest in the new generation of videogames. Absent in the fourth episode, the flashlight and radio are back. These two items are classics of the series that uses the darkness to pass the feeling of fear. The radio, in turn, acts as a detector of enemies: every time one of the hideous creatures are near, you hear interference. The new protagonist Alex may have better ability to fight that his predecessors, since it was a hunter in his youth. His intimacy is to use hooks with ropes and guns, and to divert the enemies more easily. The camera promises to be more freely and can rotate 360 degrees and the damage system can change: for a cocktail of energy to restore health, the player must use specific items in the wound, which is reminiscent of the System Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Konami's own
